Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tayyib Harvest, we value customer satisfaction and take utmost care in packaging and delivering every product.

1. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

• Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or defective product.

• The wrong item was delivered.

• The order was cancelled before dispatch.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Email us at tayyibharvest@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

• Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and product integrity, items like shilajit, honey, and edible dry fruits once opened are non-refundable.
